ways to accomplished:
1 - strictly avoid the shortcuts.yes!use the longest way you know and start walking!!
2 - if possible, use stairs instead of elevators/lifts/escalators.yes!usaha tangga kejayaan kan..
3 - if you're driving a car, or riding motorcycle or even a bicycle, park as far as you can.and walk to your destination.yes!tak payah buang masa cari parking dekat-dekat.parking jauh-jauh and make your steps to a healthy lifestyle.
4 - do leave your things upstairs (if you live in a double-storey house,it's the best!) on purpose, so now, you do have a reason to climb up the stairs and take your stuff..yes!brilliant isn't it??
