you are what you eat.i am sure you are familiar with this quote.(is it a quote?.ok.whatever you call it.)well,what do you have for your breakfast?lunch?what about dinner?do you take your carbs?do you have enough protein in your body?do you take your fruits and veges?what about the amount of water in your body?is it sufficient enough?do you consume enough?are you taking a balanced diet?..
too much carbs or lacking of water.too many fats and lacking of vitamins.almost everything that you eat effect you and your life.do you get what i mean?okay.let me put you in a situation where you don't really care about what enters your body.you eat whatever you want,you like and whatever in front of your eyes.junk food and fast food for instance.they are very tempting,aren't they?their ads,nevertheless,MOUTH-WATERING!...attractive i must say.
wow!heaven in front of your eyes........but oppssss!beware because hell is waiting for you just about when you think you're entering the heaven.you will start to losing your eye sight,you gaining pounds of extra weight,your hair will losing their shine.what else??..owh the skin!yes,your skin will become 'kusam'(i can't think of an english word.pardon me..)
you don't want bad things happen to you,right?so,let's start eat healthily.eat on time.eat with the correct proportion!
p/s:totally inspired by jamie oliver.i watched his program and i think it is interesting the way he tried to change people's lifestyle from bad to a healthier way of life through food..we really need a change,guys..
